Holy City, Bride gathers together around Lamb, celebrating Feast of Tabernacles; Adulterous City, Harlot gathers together around celebrity of men’s pulpits, remaining mired, stuck in the wilderness experience of Feast of Pentecost. Difference between Bride and Harlot…
Revelation 11: 2 (KJV)
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
Luke 10: 38-42 (KJV)
38 Now it came to pass, as they went, that he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha [*“head-mistress, tutor, schoolmaster”] received him into her house.
39 And she had a sister called Mary, which also sat at Jesus' feet, and heard his word.
40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving, and came to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. [*Hence, “Babylon,” or “confusion by mixing”.]
41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: [*“Babylon,” or “confusion by mixing”]
42 But one thing is needful: and Mary [*type of “The Bride”] hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her.
Galatians 3: 23-25 (KJV)
23 But before [*the] faith [*of God, in Christ] came, we [*natural Jews] were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith [*of God, in Christ] which should afterwards be revealed [*in, by, and through The Gospel of The Lamb].
24 Wherefore the law was our [*natural Jews’] schoolmaster [*Martha] to bring us unto Christ, that we [*natural Jews] might be justified by [*His] faith [*His Finished Work].
25 But after that faith[*of God, in Christ] is come, we [*natural Jews] are no longer under a schoolmaster [*no longer under Martha’s tutorship, no longer under The Law!].
